My job is to support and exceed expectations from both clients and candidates in order to achieve strong company growth in Japan and desirable career outcomes.

Years of experience / background

I’m Japanese and was born and raised in Japan. I transferred to a university in New York when I was 21 years old, graduated 2 years later and came back to Japan to kick off my career. I have experience in sales working in various industries, and most recently worked at a large recruitment company in Japan recruiting for technology headcount. 

I joined Atikus Consulting in order to work at one of the best recruiting agencies in Japan and to get a chance to support our valued customers and candidates.

Successfully placed 9 top-tier Japanese candidates within one year of joining my first recruiting company.
Experience living and working in two countries. 
Fully bilingual in native Japanese and business level English.

Hobbies / Something Personal

Love to watch basketball – mainly NBA and B league. My favorite teams are Boston Celtics and Chiba Jets. I also check Los Angeles Lakers because Rui Hachimura is playing. And I enjoy Japanese sake (Nihonshu) on the weekends.
