With an extensive recruitment experience, Karen has expanded her understanding of the candidates' and clients' needs bridging the gap between them while listening well to the clients' needs and understanding the candidates' next career step. Karen has helped assist in the process while also working hand-in-hand with her team.

Years of experience / background

Karen has been recruiting in Japan for more than 5 years now. Before working at Atikus, she has been recruiting Legal and Compliance professionals across all industries catering to both Law firms and In-house positions. Later on, she transitioned to the Enterprise Technology Industry supporting their fast-paced needs for IT professionals (both for start-up and global companies).

Karen’s vast experience in interpersonal communications and public-speaking early on, gave her the edge in working with professionals from various industries and levels. 

Career highlights

Karen has been recognized at her previous company for achieving the highest number of candidate engagements. Her continuous success in matching candidates and clients with one another motivates her to achieve more successful matches reaching out to the best talents and introducing them to our valued clients.   

 

Hobbies / Something Personal

She is a degree holder at one of the largest universities in the Philippines and was the President of the Publicity Committee of their student council.
During her free time, she loves cooking, watching movies, visiting new places, studying the unique culture of each place she visits and learning new things.
